I’m the Science Communications Coordinator for the British Columbia-based Hakai Institute. I graduated in 2015 with a Master’s of Resource and Environmental Management from Simon Fraser University.
I don’t have a species bias, but admittedly find myself drawn to marine creatures. I’ve researched the wacky world of dolphin alliances in Australia, humpback migration patterns in the northern Philippines, whale shark tourism in the central Philippines, and rockfish on the BC Central Coast.
I love science communication in all forms and am especially fond of twitter (@joshsilberg & @HakaiInstitute). I’ve also written science-related articles for various on-line publications.
